Good room, very enjoyable experience!

Unbeatable location, close to Barmouth Beach. Nice surrounding, close enough to restaurants, pubs and the beach, a very step hill and the train station...

all in all, it is good base for staying in barmouth. the venue has absolutely perfect setting by overgrown plants. not to mention that it's very close to restaurants, pubs and the beach, the train station and pubs. i truly enjoyed the place.

Despite being located just off the train station, we had a really enjoyable stay here in Barmouth, with restaurants, pubs, and the beach within reach, and we loved admiring the mountain view from the apartment.

The apartment offers breathtaking views of the ocean and a cozy atmosphere. the comfortable rooms and excellent panoramic views are a real treat. You can enjoy the view from both the lounge window and the little patio at the front. the kitchen is well-equipped, even including a washing machine. the location is great, being close to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants and pubs.

Some areas of the apartment could use a more thorough clean, with cobwebs and spiders found in corners and under furniture.

Sea and mountain views: The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of the sparkling sea and majestic mountains felt like being in a postcard. It was like having my own personal piece of paradise.

Alarm issue in hallway: Slight inconvenience due to the alarm going off in the shared hallway, but the hosts were promptly notified.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was easy to get to and perfect for restaurants, pubs, and the beach. The view from the terrace was beautiful and perfect for sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. The location was also ideal for some beautiful walks up into the hills above the town which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.

The climb up to the apartment was quite steep and would be difficult for elderly or disabled visitors. The walk to the property was also further than expected, and the pathway was poorly lit and slippery at night when it rained.

I got great value for my money at the 1-Bed Apartment. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern kitchen and bathroom. The location was amazing, with beautiful sea views and superb walks right from the doorstep. The staff were welcoming and made me feel at home.

The breakfast option could have been better.
